3/15/2013
- PCB Press Release: Peoples
Community Bank has partnered with the Town of Warsaw to
help make needed improvements to the town's water
systems infrastructure. PCB has provided
a 24 month loan to the Town of Warsaw in the amount of
$350,000. The rate is being provided at .50% with a no
fee closing (the typical rate for this type of loan
would be approx. 4% which illustrates the town’s loan
being priced well below market and competition).
Providing a local source of a secure and affordable
financing package to the town would serve to help many
on a local level - the residents of Warsaw, who include
many of our customers, employees and stock holders.
With the daily headlines of sequester and rising taxes,
we here at PCB felt that every single opportunity to
save money for the tax payers is a good thing. As
a result, the town and the citizens of Warsaw will
receive an improved water system, and they did not have
to pay a lot for it.

PCB’s President and CEO, Robert K. Bailey, III
said, “While many quoted news sources say banks aren’t
lending in this economy, Peoples Community Bank has over
$16 million ready to lend and is actively seeking
qualified borrowers.” PCB's Senior Lending
Officer, William Ware, III says, “...strong lending
campaigns such as the auto loan program at 1.90%, the
home equity line program at 3.25%, and the commercial
loan program with rates as low as 4.00% enable us to
continue to provide excellent value and quality service
for years to come. We invite those interested to visit
any one of our five branch locations and experience
community banking as it existed in the past and still
does today at Peoples Community Bank.”
Peoples Community Bank is once again proud to

Peoples Community Bank
participated in the Warsaw Christmas Parade
in December:

We also recently participated in the
“Sponsors for Success” program
at Cople Elementary School by adopting 22 wonderful children
in Mrs. Boarman’s 4th grade class. They all signed &
submitted a Citizenship Pledge, which states they will work
hard to do all the things that will help make them good
citizens. We will be working closely with Mrs. Boarman to
encourage them to keep their pledge & making monthly visits
to talk to them on behalf of the Bank. These kids are
remarkable & are so excited to have Peoples Community Bank
as their sponsor for this year! The entire Bank is
behind them as they work to be “good citizens”!

Peoples
Community Bank Staff Members Celebrated
Teach Children to Save Day ...

... with 115 Kindergarteners!
We discussed
the difference between needs and
wants, talked about saving, and if they had piggy
banks. We explained what a savings account is and how they
can get one, then read a story called "Alexander Who Used to
be Rich Last Sunday." It was also career week in the school,
so we shared with the students about our jobs and many other jobs in
the bank. It was a fun and exciting day!
