Montross - Branch Manager/Loan Officer

Peoples Community Bank is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual for the position of Loan Officer. This person will be charged with maintaining and growing a community bank loan portfolio. The successful candidate must have a proven loan portfolio track record to include commercial, real estate, and consumer loans. This person must have experience in Leading and desire for success.

Here are some of the desired qualifications:
• 2-3 years of lending experience.
• Able to build relationships and maintain a quality loan portfolio.
• Up to date on state and federal compliances regulations.
• Knowledge of the Fredericksburg and Stafford markets.
• A positive attitude and a sense of urgency in getting results.
• Having a desire to be involved in the community.
