The categories of non-public personal information that Peoples Community Bank collects, as described above, may be disclosed to joint-marketing and service providers. The information may be disclosed in order for Peoples Community Bank to determine the eligibility and usefulness of various products and services, protect consumers, administer operations, and satisfy legal reporting requirements. In addition, Peoples Community Bank may disclose non-public personal information about you to other non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.

There may be times when Peoples Community Bank would like to provide additional services to our customers in the most efficient way possible. The Bank reserves the right to disclose non-public personal information in the future, but does not currently disclose it. Since we value our customer relationship to you, we will not disclose your non-public personal information to non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted by law.

Nonpublic Personal Information and Former Customers:
We do not disclose non-public personal information about former customers at this time.
