Technical RequirementsImportant Information:New Operating System and Browser Requirements for Online BankingBeginning June 18, 2018, we will be implementing a new layer of security for personal and business online banking called TLS 1.2. This is the current industry standard for data security and is a financial industry best practice. TLS 1.2 ensures that transactions conducted from online banking to the end user are securely encrypted, providing enhanced privacy and security. Internet browsers and operating systems that support TLS 1.2 will typically default to this security protocol, but you may want to confirm this by checking your browser security settings (see below). Please note, those using older browsers and operating systems will experience a disruption in online banking service. If you experience technical difficulties, enable TLS 1.2 on your system or consult your local IT resource. Important Information:
Windows 7 & newer, enable TLS 1.2 within your browser by selecting Tools>Internet Options>Advanced, as shown below. There is no need to disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1, as access to other solutions or third-party sites that have not yet enabled TLS 1.2 will be adversely affected.
eStatement RequirementsSoftware – To view your eStatements, you need internet access and a compatible browser with at least 128-bit encryption. Your statement is available in an Adobe .pdf format and requires the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the Adobe Acrobat Reader directly from the software vendor by clicking on the Adobe icon below. Once the software has been installed, your statement will open automatically in the proper format. Updated 06/6/2018 |
